Nuri Toplar is one of Turkey's most famous and best-quality coffee producers. It is produced with fresh and premium coffee beans andĀ roasted over a wood fire to create its perfect natural flavors.Ā
Ingredients: coffee, cream, salep, chocolate, carob, gum mastic, pistacia terebinthus
Directions:Ā UseĀ 1 teaspoon of coffee perĀ 1 cup of water. Add the water into aĀ pot and set it to low heat. Add the coffee and your choice amount of sugarĀ to the water and mix them slowly. Once the coffee comes to a bubble over time, serve the froth into your cup(s). Then boil the remaining coffee some more, and pour the remainder into your cup(s).
