Hafiz Mustafa 1864 is one of the oldest and most famous sweets makers in Istanbul. Every product is made fresh with all natural ingredients and beet sugars, with no additives or preservatives of any kind. Ingredients: Turkish delight (water, sugar, corn starch, lemon juice, pistachio, vanillin, soapwort extract), kadayif (wheat flour with syrup, water, ghee, hydrogenated vegetable oil, lemon juice, sugar)
