Espresso
KuruKahveci Mehmet Efendi is one of Turkey's most famous and best-quality coffee producers which also offers you delicious espresso coffee. It is prepared by blending 7 different origins. It features floral, fruit, toast, and chocolate flavors. It has a full, rich, and velvety flavor. Grounded coffee beans are properly sealed to preserve aroma and freshness for at least two years.
Preparation:
1) Fill the drinking water to the bottom of the Moka pot.
2) Put 18-20 grams of ground espresso coffee in the filter part of the Moka pot, and shake gently to distribute it evenly.
3) Place the filter section where you put the coffee on the bottom half of the Moka pot.
4) Put the Moka pot on the stove over medium heat.
5) The pressure created by boiling the water in the lower section will slowly carry the coffee to the upper section. Then pour it into a coffee cup and serve.
