The Kudret Sultan with Walnut is a Turkish Delight variety made using Turkish walnuts that are immersed in a sweet gelatin, then covered with a creamy sweet outer shell, and then rolled into finely ground pistachios. Together, this creates a sweet and extra nutty confectionary. Ideal for having with coffee or tea, or buying as a gift for friends and family.
Hafiz Mustafa 1864 is one of the oldest and most famous sweets makers in Istanbul. Every product is made fresh with all natural ingredients and beet sugars, with no additives or preservatives of any kind. This is the best pistachio baklava I have ever eaten. There is less dough in this type of baklava, which only enhances the pistachio flavor. If you love pistachios, this is the baklava for you!
