Recommended usage: 2 to 5 drops per kg of product. Bergamot Flavor is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.

This is the best pistachio baklava I have ever eaten. There is less dough in this type of baklava, which only enhances the pistachio flavor. If you love pistachios, this is the baklava for you!
