Gluten-free Pistachio Baklava is produced for those who are gluten intolerant or require a gluten-free diet. The amount of gluten is not more than 44mg/lb based on measured dry substance. This special gluten-free Baklava is made in a separate production area and baked in separate oven to prevent any risk of additional gluten being present. This baklava uses the same ingredients and offers similar taste as with other Karakoy Gulluoglu baklava products. 

Ingredients: Rice flour, egg, corn flour, walnut, butter, sugar, salt.

Allergens: This product includes pistachio, walnut, milk and eggs. Gluten amount does not exceed 20mg/kg based on dry substance.

Storage: We recommend storing your baklava in the refrigerator for maximum freshness and longevity. Baklava stored in the fridge can last up to 2+ months or longer in an airtight container.

How to enjoy: For the best experience, warm up your baklava in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature no greater than 300°F.

GF baklava

GLUTEN FREE BAKLAVA !!!! I could not believe my eyes when I saw this. They have two kinds (pistachios and walnuts). The baklavas are delicious, and of amazing quality for a gluten-free pastry.

Like the other reviews say. Great selection of food. Tried every baklava available. They were all similar and I couldn't tell you which one was better...but they were flaky and moist...bonus was the gluten-free baklava. It tasted like regular baklava, but everyone in our group could eat it. Nobody was left out.
