  • 700 watts: 13 seconds
  • 1200 watts: 15 seconds
  • 1000 watts: 11 seconds
• For Cold Therapy: Keep the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Always place the frozen pack inside its fabric cover before applying.
• For Use with a Breast Pump: Heat the packs following the hot therapy instructions. Wrap the warm pack around the flange part of your breast pump that fits against the breast and secure it with the fastening attachment.
• Application Duration: Do not apply the Lansinoh TheraPearl pack for more than 20 minutes at a time.
• Cleaning: Clean the packs with mild soap, detergent, or alcohol.
