Turkish Royal Baklava with Pistachio
Palace Baklava with Pistachios (also known as Carrot Slice Baklava) is made from 30 layers of filo pastry, using more dough than other kinds of baklava. Inside it contains a generous amount of coarsely ground pistachios and higher amounts of butter with less sugar, offering a more distinct nutty flavor that's not too sweet.
Ingredients: pistachio nuts, granulated sugar, potable water, wheat flour, plain walnut, wheat starch, egg and common salt
Storage: We recommend storing your baklava in the refrigerator for maximum freshness and longevity. Baklava stored in the fridge can last up to 2+ months or longer in an airtight container.
How to enjoy: For the best experience, warm up your baklava in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature no greater than 300°F.
