K. Gulluoglu's Turkish Pistachio Baklava is typically prepared by using 40 layers of phyllo, premium gray pistachios from Gaziantep, and then finalized with a sweetened syrup in the oven. Among its special ingredients is the special gray pistachio, which is cultivated in the Gaziantep, a region of Turkey known for its incredible pistachios.
Ingredients: granulated sugar, drinking water, wheat flour, plain butter, granulated pistachio, starch, egg, table salt
Storage: We recommend storing your baklava in the refrigerator for maximum freshness and longevity. Baklava stored in the fridge can last up to 2+ months or longer in an airtight container.
How to enjoy: For the best experience, warm up your baklava in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature no greater than 300°F.
