Carrot Slice Baklava with Pistachios is made from 30 layers of filo pastry, using more dough than other kinds of baklava. Inside it contains a generous amount of coarsely ground pistachios and higher amounts of butter with less sugar, offering a more distinct nutty flavor that's not too sweet.
Ingredients: granulated sugar, potable water, wheat flour, plain walnut, wheat starch, egg and common salt
Storage: We recommend storing your baklava in the refrigerator for maximum freshness and longevity. Baklava stored in the fridge can last up to 2+ months or longer in an airtight container.
How to enjoy: For the best experience, warm up your baklava in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature no greater than 300°F.
