Sencha Green Tea
Sencha Green Tea is a made from light steamed green tea leaves and offers a bittersweet and balanced flavor. It has medium-to-high levels of caffeine, exhibits a medium bodied flavor, and a vibrant greenish-yellow tone with a pleasant aroma. It is often consumed in the first half of the day due to its rich caffeine content, but it can be enjoy at any time if you wish. Each tin contains roughly 50 grams of loose leaf tea.
Ingredients: Young green tea leaves
Directions: Add 1 teaspoon to approximately 6 oz (180 ml) of water at a temperature of 170-180°F (75-80°C). Allow the tea to brew for about 2-3 minutes and then enjoy!

This is the best pistachio baklava I have ever eaten. There is less dough in this type of baklava, which only enhances the pistachio flavor. If you love pistachios, this is the baklava for you!
