You can’t get enough of this historic taste tenderly prepared with cinnamon. Haci Bekir Cinnamon Delight, prepared according to its historic formula, is available in standard Haci Bekir packages or in special packages of your choice.
Delight has first been introduced to the Ottoman cuisine and then to the world by Haci Bekir Effendi, chief confectioner of the Ottoman palace. Haci Bekir delights are still prepared according to his special recipe, and manufactured and delicately packaged under specific conditions in production plants where tradition is combined with modern technologies
Haci Bekir Cinnamon Delight packages offer you the magnificent aroma of natural, fresh cinnamon, and the unique consistency of Haci Bekir delights.
İngredients: Sugar, Corn Starch, Water, Acidity Regulator (Cream of Tartar E 336), Cinnamon (%0,1), Colour [Allura Red E 129(FD & C Red #40)]
Storage:
To keep the Turkish delight fresh and tasty avoid storing it in the fridge, and keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
