Dried sour cherries are carefully selected from suitable cherry varieties, then cleaned using special food washing systems. After being separated from their pits using machines, they are oven-baked and dried. Due to its high water content, around 84-86%, only 1 kg of dried sour cherries can be obtained from approximately 6-7 kg of cherries.
