アッサムマサラ
アッサムマサラは、カルダモン、クローブ、シナモンの完璧なバランスで作られた紅茶です。中程度のカフェインを含み、フルボディの風味を示します。一般的には朝食用の紅茶として使用されますが、デザートと一緒に午後の紅茶としてもよく楽しまれます。各缶には約100グラムのリーフティーが含まれています。
材料： 紅茶、ジンジャーの樹皮、ターメリックのクローブの樹皮、黒胡椒、ガランガル、カルダモン、シナモンの樹皮、香料
作り方： 約6オンス（180ml）の水に、1-2ティースプーンのリーフティーを加えます。水の温度は200-210°F（95-100°C）です。お茶を約3-5分間抽出し、その後お楽しみください！
