Nutritional Value: For every 100 grams of pistachios, on average there is approximately 560 calories, 20 grams of protein, 45 grams of fat, 28 grams of carbohydrates, 1 mg of sodium, and 1025 mg of potassium. Pistachios are all natural, plucked from the branch, and without undergoing any processing.
