The Turkish Light Baklava with Pistachios is made for those who want to maintain a diet that requires a low glycemic index. It's very similar to the classic pistachio baklavas from Karakoy, but made with a special flour so that there is less sugar when consumed.
Ingredients: pistachios, stevia (natural sweetener), low glycemic index flour, olive oil, mineral salt, dietary fibers
Storage: We recommend storing your baklava in the refrigerator for maximum freshness and longevity. Baklava stored in the fridge can last up to 2+ months or longer in an airtight container.
How to enjoy: For the best experience, warm up your baklava in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature no greater than 300°F.
