In this special 250g tin, the deep cocoa notes of premium Arabica beans are elevated by the cooling, spicy aroma of ground cardamom. This cardamom flavored coffee blend creates a beautiful balance; the spice cuts through the richness of the dark roast, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. Whether you are hosting friends or enjoying a quiet moment of reflection, this wood-fired Turkish coffee with cardamom delivers the thick, creamy foam and exotic scent that has made this brand a legend in the heart of Istanbul. Directions: Use 5-6 grams (1.5 teaspoons) of coffee per 65ml of water. Add the water into a pot and set it to low heat. Add the coffee and your choice amount of sugar to the water and mix them slowly. Once the coffee comes to a bubble over time, serve the froth into your cup(s). Then boil the remaining coffee some more and pour the remainder into your cup(s).
