Chocolate Baklava is made of a special filo pastry dough that is composed of kneaded flour with a high concentrate of cacao. Layers and layers of filo pastry dough and cacao are combined with the remaining ingredients, then baked in the oven. Finally, it is topped with a sweet syrup and placed back into the oven where it finishes baking all its sweet, chocolately, crispy goodness.
