Ottoman Tea
The Ottoman Tea from Malak is an herbal and fruity tea. It contains little-to-no caffeine, has a medium-bodied flavor, and is excellent for drinking after a meal. Each tin contains roughly 85 grams of loose leaf tea.
Ingredients: Balm, daisy, hollyhock, rosebud, orange, grapefruit peel, rosehip, pomegranate flower, banana, apricot, coconut, green apple, dried apple
Directions: Add 2-3 teaspoons of loose leaf tea to approximately 6 oz (180 ml) of water at a temperature of 195-205°F (90-96°C). Allow the tea to brew for about 5 minutes and then enjoy!

I lived in Turkey as a teenager. I came to love baklava while there. I didn’t think that mail-delivered baklava could compare to ‘the real thing’. I am very pleasantly surprised to know that this baklava was as good as I had as a young man. This is a great find!

Loved the taste - it’s balanced and strong at the same time. Perfect if you have a nice transparent tea pot to observe and get lost in the dance of the rose petals and other leaves. Packaging was extra nice, too
