Our Pistachio Baklava is baked to perfection in a 215-degree oven for 30 minutes, resulting in its golden burma appearance and delightful aroma. The final touch is given by adding sugar syrup boiled at 110 degrees, enhancing its sweetness and flavor.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, clarified butter, pistachio filling, beet sugar, water, lemon, wheat starch, egg, salt.
Allergens: Contains gluten, milk and dairy products (lactose), and eggs. May contain small amounts of walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts.
Our products are free from any additives, and daily production is carried out following European standard documents.
Storage: Store your baklava in a cool and dry place to maintain its freshness and flavor. When stored properly, it can last for up to 2+ months and at room temperature it can last up to 7 days.
