Turkish Baklava with Pistachio
From Karakoy Gulluoglu comes this special baklava that showcases their same great tastes and flavors but lasts for nearly twice as long as their other baklavas. It is made with a smaller amount of sweet syrup. It is sometimes also known as Dry Baklava. When this long lasting Baklava is kept in a cool and dry place, it can last up to 30 days without going bad and will still hold excellent flavor all throughout! This is a great baklava to take with you on the go while you travel.
Ingredients: Beet sugar, water, wheat flour, ghee, pistachio kernel, wheat starch, egg, table salt
Storage: We recommend storing your baklava in the refrigerator for maximum freshness and longevity. Baklava stored in the fridge can last up to 2+ months or longer in an airtight container.
How to enjoy: For the best experience, warm up your baklava in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature no greater than 300°F.
