Antep Pistachio Baklava

This pistachio baklava is very similar to classic baklava, but it's made with smaller amounts of thick syrup instead of large amounts of watery syrup, creating a sweeter flavor and drier consistency at finish compared to typical baklava. This type of baklava is also known as Dry Baklava.

Celebiogullari products are always made fresh, cooked in wood fire stone ovens, and made from all natural ingredients with no additives. 

Ingredients: Flour, eggs, starch, milk, semolina, butter, sugar, water, and salt

Storage: We recommend storing your baklava in the refrigerator for maximum freshness and longevity. Baklava stored in the fridge can last up to 2 months or longer.

How to enjoy: For the best experience, warm up your baklava in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature no greater than 300°F.

We visited the Celebiogullari store in Gazi Antep while on a trip to Turkey a couple of years ago and immediately fell in love with this amazing Baklava. We are so happy to see that we can order this to the US via Aladdin! The baklava is shipped via 3-day international shipping, so you will get it while it is still good. TIP: Reheat the piece you want to eat in your oven toaster to warm it up and melt the butter a little, and it will taste very similar to the one you get fresh at the shop!
