Ankara Durum with Pistachio is prepared with fewer layers of phyllo compared to classical baklava, resulting in a lighter texture. Baked at 230 degrees, this baklava takes on a golden color in the oven, and the final touch is added with the generous sprinkling of pistachios on top.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, clarified butter, pistachio, beet sugar, water, wheat starch, egg, salt.
Allergens: Contains gluten, milk and dairy products, and eggs. May contain small amounts of walnuts and pistachios.
